As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office of the CEO and providing seamless administrative support to the board of Australia’s peak national gambling reform organisation.
You will be an all-rounder who is keen to put your exceptional technical proficiency and attention to detail to work as you support our small charity with all aspects of administration including governance, compliance, filing and HR.
If you enjoy communicating with internal and external stakeholders, are highly organised, can anticipate the needs of others and want to use your stellar multitasking skills to support the Alliance as we advocate for legislative changes that prevent gambling harm, please apply now.
The Alliance is a national advocacy organisation which works to prevent and minimise the harm from gambling. Our aim is to remove the shame that surrounds gambling addiction, have the problem treated as a public health issue, and achieve the legislative changes needed to protect our communities. We bring together well over 60 organisations who share the objectives of preventing harm from gambling.
The position is permanent part-time, working remotely 3 days per week and aligned with SCHADS award level 5.1. It includes superannuation, salary packaging, phone expenses and a laptop.
The Alliance has a physical workspace available in Melbourne, however we are a flexible workplace and will consider applicants from across Australia. The role may require occasional travel.
