We are looking for people to support a young man with disability (autism) who lives in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. Key tasks include assisting with participation in valued roles at home, work and volunteering in the community. Drivers license essential.

There is currently a small but vibrant team on a 24/7 support roster. We are looking for qualified candidates to fill shifts including morning, afternoon and overnights.

Previous support work experience is helpful but not a requirement.

Most important attributes include having an energetic, positive outlook, being compassionate and having the ability to be creative and think ‘outside the box.’ Successful candidates will be provided training and buddied with current staff members to become competent and comfortable in providing high level support.

• General cleaning and household duties
