Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. About the role

The Service Manager will lead the practice, coordinate services and ensure the execution of our vision at a local level, including:

  • Supporting positive quality person-centred outcomes (quality of life and health supports) ensuring that clients have a voice in shaping their individual and shared service experience.
  • Driving staff performance and engagement.
  • Supporting service sustainability.
  • Providing supervision, role modelling, coaching and support for staff.

As a Service Manager, you will also be responsible for driving Achieve Australia's practice framework into service outcomes aligned to Achieve's purpose and strategic direction. Bring inclusion and diversity to life at a practical service cluster level.

About you:

As a successful candidate for the Service Manager role you can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent (Disability, Nursing or related).
  • Disability leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of NDIS, the principles of Active support and human rights-based approach to service delivery and experience managing multi-site accommodation service.
  • Ability to transform the performance and culture in the workplace, with a commitment to client outcomes and a positive employee experience.
  • Proficient computer literacy skills including MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to understand business and financial drivers of a disability service and apply them to a supported independent living model.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Current NSW Drivers' License, Working with Children check.
