ATEC* Biodigesters International is an award winning startup social enterprise that produces, sells and distributes world-leading small-scale biodigester systems for developing country households. Now at 60 staff internationally, ATEC* is entering the next exciting phase of expanding this technology commercially across Asia-Pacific (see 2030 vision) and is recruiting a Strategic Marketing Manager to drive ATEC’s expansion into new markets. About the Role

Having now passed over 1,000 customers, ATEC* is entering a new phase of growth that will be driven by inbound marketing strategies that link into field team work to drive awareness, efficiency and effectiveness. The Strategic Marketing Manager will have proven experience of managing modern data-driven marketing strategies and sourcing the partners or expertise to deliver a multi-channel approach. The ideal candidate will be aligned with ATEC’s 3 core values of; leading by example, results-focused and continuous innovation.

Duties

  • Design and implement ATEC’s new lead-scoring inbound marketing strategy and integrate/improve with existing activities in sales
  • Work with CEO to support and coach local marketing and sales teams within markets
  • Manage customer journey and lead scoring across digital marketing, outbound calling and field teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee CRM and mobile data app Commcare integration for marketing and customer journey
  • Utilise digital marketing to do lean testing on market and product mixes
  • Oversee recruitment and establishment of local teams within each country
  • Work with CEO on developing business strategies to secure further investment for expansion markets and further establish ATEC as an influential market leader

Requirements

  • Selection Criteria:
    • Proven management of successful integrated marketing campaigns
    • Business degree in a related field.
    • Proven experience of implementing lead scoring
    • Project management experience that include both data analysis and creative
    • Minimum 5 years experience in related field
