ARRCS have multiple new opportunities for experienced and qualified Personal Care Workers to join our Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care Facility located in the remote community of Mutitjulu (Uluru) Northern Territory. This busy and rewarding role is offered on a FIFO, permanent, full-time basis.
ARRCS FIFO arrangement consists of 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off, working 5 days per week - Flights / transport to and from the facility, meals when on shift and accommodation is included in your remuneration package.
We are currently sourcing the following roles:
Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care facility is located in Mutitjulu, the heart of Uluru and hosts 19 residents.
Mutitjulu is located a 20-minute drive from Yulara. Yulara is the resort town and has a range of facilities including restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, post office and cafes. Staff accommodation is provided in Yulara resort and there is transport available to and from the center.
Your role as a FIFO Personal Care Worker will see you providing care and support within the facility undertaking cleaning, bed making, personal care including grooming, showering, and dressing, mobility, and assistance with meals.
This role would suit committed people who have care and compassion and enjoy interacting with our consumers within our facilities. You will be comfortable working on a FIFO roster and enjoy working in a remote community within the NT and supporting the flexible living of our First Nation residents.
