Workforce Trainer / Research Consultant

The role

Contribute to the strategic goals of a small not-for-profit with a big agenda by providing training and research consultancy to a wide range of stakeholders and clients across government and the not for profit service sector. This is a workforce training and research consultancy position in a small and agile team, involving a high level of hands-on client service and collaboration with others to meet client needs and support organisational change.

About you

You are an excellent facilitator with at least five years experience in an applied research, consultancy and/or workforce training setting. You have a collaborative mindset and a client service orientation. You like diversity in your day-to-day job, working cooperatively with diverse groups and can travel inter-state as required.

Tertiary qualifications in health, social science, education or other related field are essential. Practice-based experience working with families is highly desirable.
