• Management Accountant (8 months Hybrid)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the project team and the executive team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Provide financial analysis and support to the project team and the management team to aid in decision-making
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare proposal budgets with adequate funds to deliver the programs.
• Support the annual budgeting process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CA certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a management accounting role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central/ Wiise and Microsoft Office
