Anglicare Children's Services are leading providers of high-quality education and care, by providing support and loving service to children and families, particularly those most in need within our community.

Anglicare at Franklin School is seeking two (2) School Age Program Coordinators. One coordinator will be responsible for programs for children in preschool and kindergarten. The other coordinator will be responsible for programs for children in years one (1) to six (6).

We are looking for energetic, creative, reliable team leaders with excellent communication, relationship, and organisational skills to lead our Out of School Hours teams.

Our service offers before and after school programs as well as school holiday programs for children in preschool to year 6. The right candidates for us will work in close collaboration with each other, the leadership team, and the school community to ensure we deliver high-quality programs for all children.

The people we are looking for will be innovative, excellent at building positive relationships with others and has previous experience either as a room leader in an early childhood setting or as an OSHC coordinator. At Franklin we value nature and seek someone to create natural, inviting and curious environments for children to explore and enjoy.

Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is required. A current first aid certificate is preferred. Experience with children with additional needs as well as working with children and families from a trauma background is desirable.

The salary range for this position is $31-$34 depending on qualifications and experience, plus 9.5% employer superannuation guarantee.

Applicants will be required to undertake the psychometric profiling instrument and must obtain a Working With Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment.
