Anglicare Children's Services are leading providers of high-quality education and care, by providing support and loving service to children and families, particularly those most in need within our community.

We are looking for an energetic, creative, reliable team player with excellent communication skills to join our casual Out of School Hours teams at both our Southern Cross Early Childhood School & Franklin Primary School sites for Before and After School Care shifts. Opportunities to work additional hours in vacation care during the ACT Public School holidays, are available.

You are highly motivated, able to build respectful relationships with children and their families and focused on providing authentic experiences for young children each day. You are dynamic and able to work innovatively. You are able to work with a team in implementing and evaluating an inquiry/project based educational program suitable to the needs of the children within the 4-8 years of age.

A Certificate III in Children's Services and a valid First Aid Certificate are desirable, but not essential.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.28 plus 9.5% employer superannuation guarantee.

Applicants will be required to undertake the psychometric profiling instrument and must obtain a Working With Vulnerable People clearance through the Office of Regulatory Services (ACT) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment.
