About the role

The Member Liaison works as part of the Member Experience Team (MET) to provide positive member engagement and experience. The Member Liaison coordinates Australian Network on Disability Bronze member activities and is the point of contact for initial member / non-member enquiries and questions.

The role requires the ability to travel interstate.

Key deliverables

  • Support AND’s Bronze members to onboard with the Network and achieve their access and inclusion goals through coordination of their invoiced activities.
  • Support member / non-member enquiries as the ‘MET Go-To’, this includes directing enquiries to the resources that can assist.
  • Deliver learning solutions, such as face to face or virtual disability confidence training.
