ABOUT THE ROLE
Australian Network on Disability’s Consultancy Team works alongside the Member Experience Team by supporting our members and non-members with key programs and activities designed to build organisational disability confidence.
The Customer / Employee Experience Lead works as part of the Consultancy Team and supports organisations to understand the:
- Customer experience of service users with disability by evaluating the accessibility, inclusivity and usability of goods, products, and services; and / or
- Employee experience of staff with disability through the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, career development and progression, transition, and exit).
This is a growth role, and it is expected that it will expand to include team management over time.
The role requires the ability to travel interstate.
the successful candidate has
- Experience in facilitating co-design sessions that includes end-users in research design.
- Experience in scoping, designing and facilitating qualitative research (in-depth interviews, moderating focus groups, telephone interviews).
- Experience in synthesising feedback from target users into meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data collection and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in influencing change or providing recommendations for new ways of working.
- Experience in roles that require strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in, or knowledge of, developing diversity and inclusion strategies, and an excellent understanding of the barriers experienced by people with disability.
