About the Position

AMSANT’s Workforce and Leadership team is seeking a highly motivated person who leads by example, to help develop, implement and evaluate the AMSANT Leadership Program by building capacity for tomorrow’s leaders through support and implementation of key strategic leadership activities for AMSANT.

The successful individual will possess high level communication skills in order to communicate effectively with stakeholders and Indigenous people while also maintaining sound cross cultural skills, as well as have strong written and interpersonal skills. The successful person will also be self-driven with a passion for contributing to improving Aboriginal health outcomes. A Certificate IV in workplace development and training or similar is essential.

Contract Type & Salary

This is a full time position to 31 June 2019 (potential for ongoing employment) with a salary of up to $93,391 based on the successful applicant’s experience and qualifications. (*Total salary equals base salary plus leave loading & superannuation). Generous salary packaging is also available.
