About the opportunity

Due to our continued growth and company expansion we are looking for an experienced Property Finder to join our team in NSW. Our Property team forms a vital part of our organisation and supports the future growth and success of the business.

This is a varied role and some of the tasks are outlined below;

• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders- including real estate agents
• Supporting the Property Manager to deliver on Afford objectives
• Identifying & shortlisting suitable properties that meet the essential criteria
• Attend all property inspections that would be suitable for AFFORD sites
• Sourcing off market properties
• Manage tight deadlines and deliver a high quality of service to over a large number of sites
• Promoting Affords services within the community to develop referrals and build brand awareness
• General administration

About the Candidate

The role requires someone who is comfortable completing administration duties with a high level of attention to detail and confident to be on the road inspecting properties and providing feedback to the business.
The successful candidate must have the following:

• Must be familiar with property purchase process
• Must be familiar with property leasing process
• Experience within property management/ real estate
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport
• Ability to manage negotiations
• Availability to work occasional Saturdays if required
• Proactive and consistent work style
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver in line with business objectives
• Must have a clean, unrestricted driver’s’ licence
• Afford is a national organisation, therefore the ability to travel interstate when required is essential
