CEO (Voluntary) - Flexible Location

ADHD Australia
  • Part-time position
  • 2-2.5 days per week

Are you a purpose-driven individual with senior leadership experience (NFP or corporate) looking to lead a national for-purpose organisation?

The ADHD Australia vision is ‘to make Australia a better place for people living with ADHD’. Established in 2014, ADHD Australia is an independent, national, registered charity.  Around one in twenty Australians live with ADHD, and ADHD Australia is committed to enabling them to reach their full potential at every stage of life. We achieve this through advocacy, support, education, evidence-based research and ongoing work to amplify the ADHD message.

To lead us through this exciting next phase, ADHD Australia is recruiting a part-time volunteer CEO to join the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth and impact of ADHD Australia as a national organisation.

The new CEO will work with the Board and a growing group of skilled volunteers to steer the organisation to deliver on its key strategic priorities. Areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Organisational leadership
  • Funding and fundraising growth
  • HR and volunteer management
  • Financial and administration systems management
  • Communication and community development

The position could be based elsewhere in Australia as the role offers remote and flexible working conditions.
