We are seeking a Policy Adviser to work in the Office of Minister Emma Davidson MLA, Assistant Minister for Seniors, Veterans, Families and Community Services, on social policy and social inclusion portfolios.

The Davidson Office is a fast-paced environment where your work directly improves the lives of vulnerable people across the ACT. You will work with staff in ACT Government Directorates, stakeholder groups and other Government Ministerial and Greens MLA offices. The key tasks include providing advice (research and analysis) for the Minister on matters relating to her portfolio responsibilities, working with the media team on media management, working with the ACT Government public service on government business, and being part of the office operations and broader ACT Greens team.

The position is being offered part-time (22 hours per week) on a permanent basis with a salary range of $70-$74,000 + super and allowances pro-rata in line with the ACT Legislative Assembly Members’ Staff Enterprise Agreement.
