About the role

This National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Program Manager will hold the dual purpose of developing and embedding NDIS funded service delivery strategies, practices, and processes, as well as supporting and upskilling the ACSO current and future teams delivering NDIS services. This position will work across the NDIS's range of existing services as well as the creation of new service delivery options. The position will upskill Program Managers in understanding NDIS requirements, in accordance with the legislation. Ensuring that all aspects of the NDIS requirements, both present and future, are observed, understood and applied at all operational levels.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience working within NDIS funded programs
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience and understanding of the NDIS, NDIA and Quality and Safeguards Commission
  • A commitment to providing high quality services to participants, their carer's and the community, including demonstrated success in business development
  • Experience in strategic planning and service delivery design, development and review
  • Experience in change management and the implementation of service systems
  • High level competency in communication, public speaking and organisational representation
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, supervising and problem solving service development and implementation
