As the After-Hours Coordinator (On-Call), you will be responsible for providing after-hours support on a rostered basis to employees involved in direct client service delivery. The After-Hours Coordinator (On-Call) will be based predominantly from Forensic Residential Services from 5pm to 11pm and will be on-call between 11pm and until the following business day during these rostered shifts.
As the After-Hours Coordinator (On-Call), you will be responsible for providing support, guidance and advice to employees involved in delivering services to clients across our program areas, particularly Forensic Residential Services, Forensic Case Work Services, Alcohol and Other drug and Mental Health programs. You will have relevant experience in following policies and operating procedures, particularly with regards to incident management and you will possess capabilities in providing crisis support and debriefing, as part of any critical incident management response.
The After-Hours Coordinator (On-Call) will communicate with operational and senior leaders, particularly with regards to matters pertaining to employee and client safety after-hours and will be responsible for coordinating handovers with operational leaders, as required.
