Advance Community College is seeking an experienced RTO Manager to join its Leadership Team. Based on the Mornington Peninsula, the role is to manage a multi-faceted training department. Responsibilities include: ensuring high quality training and compliance; supporting and implementing business growth; stakeholder management; industry liaison; and contributing to the strategic direction of Advance.

Advance’s training delivery includes accredited and pre-accredited programs covering apprenticeships, traineeships, SBATs, place-based training and employability skills.
