About the role
The Executive Manager - Corporate Services will lead a professional team to ensure the provision of high-quality corporate support to AAG in the areas of financial services, human resources, quality and legislative compliance, information communication and technology, customer services, records management, contract and procurement. The Executive Manager - Corporate Services will ensure these services are provided within budget and comply with relevant statutory obligations, regulations, codes, guidelines, policies and organisational directives.

Skills and experience
Essential
- Extensive, relevant experience at an Executive/Senior Management level and demonstrated staff responsibilities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a financial or business discipline.
- Thorough knowledge of corporate service and people management with the ability to clearly prepare and articulate reports and issues to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Management Team, Board and Board Audit, Finance and Risk Sub-Committee.
- Record of achievement in a leadership role involving strategic planning of a corporate structure, including but not limited to human resources, information communication and technology and quality and compliance.
- Experience in developing business plans and risk management identification.
- Possess a high level of management and leadership skills including the proven ability to provide direction, mentoring and support to a multi-disciplinary team of people working in a highly visible area requiring high quality results often within tight timeframes.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, which facilitate interaction, cooperation and trust with relevant groups and individuals including the team and internal stakeholders and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Commonwealth and State Government funding and commercial revenue as it relates to Social Enterprises.
- Political acumen, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent personal presentation skills and experience.
- Demonstrated commitment, alignment and role modelling of AAG’s values.
