Through the Break the Cycle (BTC) 54 program, we work alongside young people aged 10-22 who are involved with, or at risk of becoming involved with, the youth justice system, helping them build safer futures and stronger connections within their communities.
We're looking for a passionate Youth Specialist who can build genuine relationships, think creatively and walk alongside young people as they navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

In this part-time, fixed-term role for six months, we offer flexibility in how the four working days are arranged to support work life balance, you'll work as a part of our BTC-54 youth program team in Shepparton to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
Your deep expertise in working with vulnerable young people will be invaluable. You're compassionate, flexible and a great communicator, with a passion for supporting young people to achieve their goals.
