In this full-time, permanent position, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Family Restoration program. Your work will focus on identifying the needs of families who have been referred to the program, with the aim of working collaboratively to support children and young people to safely return to the care of their family. Based in Launceston, you'll work with our Youth and Family Services team and report to our Team Leader.

Your ability to think on your feet will see you find solutions to complex situations, and your experience in similar roles will see you able to hit the ground running.
