Reporting to the FAS Contact Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for responding to FAS enquiries on the phone and through online written enquiries.
Reporting to the FAS Contact Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team of contact centre officers, responding to escalated FAS enquiries and supporting the Contact Centre Supervisor
Reporting to the FAS Intake and Triage Supervisor, you will review FAS applications to ensure they are ready for the FAS assessment team to action. You will have direct contact with victims.

You will be responsible for the management of a team of Intake and Triage Officers and have oversight of all initial application reviews. This includes completeness checks and making decisions.
You will focus on supporting the team of intake and triage officers in ensuring they are delivering high quality service for applications as per the Act, established policy, guidelines, and procedures
