YWCA Australia is currently seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our Parenting Support Program Team. This role is offered on a full time basis on a maximum term contract ending on 30 June 2021 and is based in Palmerston NT.
A Case Manager for the Parenting Support Program provides strength based case management, parenting support and child well-being activities across a range of programs designed to increase independence in young families. You will also link clients into mainstream services such as Centrelink, Department of Housing and health care agencies.
