Youth Support + Advocacy Service (YSAS) is Australia’s largest and most comprehensive, youth specific community service organisation that enables young people experiencing serious disadvantage to access the resources and support they require to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. This position will work as part of a primary health team responsible for coordinating the clinical delivery of treatment and care; within Secure Welfare Services. This position ensures that the service performs as a best practice example and that the care delivered to young people is of the highest possible standard. The Mental Health Nurse must be an energetic and enthusiastic clinician, capable of working within Secure Welfare Services model.Your key responsibilities will include:
