Program Manager - The Living Room

Youth Projects

IS THIS YOU?

You are an engaging and inspiring leader in the health sector that is ready for their next challenge. You come with relevant tertiary qualifications (Social Work, AOD, Nursing or Health related disciplines). You understand the importance of balancing client outcomes, clinical governance and developing a strong team culture all while keeping a multidisciplinary service humming along smoothly.

You will be the captain of this team, but when we are in thick of it, you know the importance of playing off each-other’s strengths and having each-others back #1YP

YOU THRIVE ON EMPOWERING TEAMS

You are able to prioritise tasks, support your team and coordinate service delivery, all while balancing lots of plates in the air. You know the importance of ethical and emotionally-intelligent leadership practices and responsive thinking to help us provide high impact support, without judgement!

YOU KNOW THE FINE PRINT

You understand the importance of clinical governance, accreditation and compliance and you know how to make it engaging. You can educate your team on compliance requirements by explaining the why and guiding them to see how they can be used to grow and improve service delivery.

YOU’RE BENDY

You can switch from making a service user a cup of coffee to using data and evidence to develop programs with targeted service user outcomes. You can flex your approach up and down, and know the importance of boundaries and framework. You're an active listener and tailor your coaching and support based on the needs of the people you are working with. Changing lives is your passion but you still embrace rolling up your sleeves and mucking in to get the job done.

YOU SEE THE PERSON

You’re full of creative ways to meet our service users and teams where they are at and believe that engagement shouldn’t be a one size fits all model. You always see the person, not just their immediate situation because you understand that everyone has different needs, and that is okay.

YOU CARE

Our frontline warriors and change makers are all here because we genuinely want to break the cycle of disadvantage, and we want you to want that too!
