Relationships Consultant - Aged Care

Can you leverage authentic relationships to grow the customer base for our home based aged care, carers and disability support programs?

Do you want to join a fast growing, inclusive and customer focused team?

We are looking for someone with experience in home based aged care who wants to do a slightly different role to help us grow.

As Relationships Consultant – Aged Care you will build strong, authentic relationships with stakeholder organisations and build a pipeline of new customers for our network of services. You will be able to spot a strategic alliance and future opportunity. You will love making sure people can find the right services for them.

This is a full time role reporting to the Relationships Manager, based within our Chatswood office but with the opportunity for flexible work arrangements and lots of time based in the community.

About you:

You combine values with results, have a good understanding of the aged care sector, and have connections that can drive our strategy forward. You are a confident presenter both to stakeholders and consumers and can present a complex system in a straightforward way.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to represent Your Side positively and influence key referral / stakeholder network
  • Knowledge and skills in relationship building with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of referral networks, government departments and key stakeholders relevant to Your Side’s services.
  • Understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the social services sector and the reforms agenda.
  • Experience of B2B relationship management.
