About the Role

The Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Tenancy Coordinator provides tenancy management services associated with Yooralla’s residential services. The incumbent will ensure that all tenants are supported to exercise informed choice and control and tenancy management processes are consistent with tenants legal and human rights.

About You:

We are looking for passionate individuals who are able to build strong, trusted and positive relationships with our team members, support workers and our customers, and will demonstrate:

  • Experience in managing complaints and conducting legal processes
  • Ability to work independently, conduct home visits or out of office appointments with customers, carers and families
  • Competency in preparing and presenting information to individuals and groups
  • Broad administrative knowledge and experience
  • Capacity to work across various business units
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively and clearly by telephone, email and in person
  • Sound interpersonal and customer service skills and a respectful approach to dealing with individuals and groups
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft products including work, excel and database
