About the Role

Yooralla's Residential and Respite Support Services team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to drive and implement quality improvements and contribute to the delivery of positive outcomes for Yooralla's customers.

This role is responsible for:

  • Identifying and leading quality improvement projects, including healthy eating options, enhancing handover, documentation and record keeping
  • Facilitating change utilising evidence based best practice
  • Identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of customer and family feedback
  • Driving continuous improvement across RRSS with a specific focus on the high intensity services.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or recognised equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years RN experience
  • Strong leadership and clinical assessment skills
  • Experience in identifying and leading quality improvements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
  • Current National Police Record Check
  • International Police Check (if required)
