About the Role

The Administration Assistant is responsible for the effective coordination and completion of a range of administrative requirements to a busy business enterprise site which provides catering business and food handling and packing services. The role will also be required to provide support at a management level when required.

Primary duties include:

  • Assisting the Senior Group Manager and Site Coordinator to monitor customer transitions to the NDIS and to track plan reviews
  • Ensuring that all NDIS services are accurately recorded in TCM/CMS
  • Ensuring that services are confirmed in a timely manner and successfully billed
  • Identifying and rectifying issues which lead to NDIS claim errors
  • Ensuring that Service Agreements and employee files are up to date at all times

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong knowledge in CRM database
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel ability
  • Experience working with people with disabilities in direct service delivery
