Join us at our new 92 place childcare centre, where we will be caring for and nurturing children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
We are looking for a part-time to full-time Childcare Centre Cook who will provide healthy and nutritious meals for the children attending the centre.
A typical day will see you using your creative flair to plan, prepare and cook nutritionally balanced meals including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
You can keep track of any special dietary requirements and your ability to maintain high health and safety standards will be of second nature to you!
By understanding the children’s needs and interests, you can help review and improve our menu plans!
Our spacious and vibrant new centre, which will be ran by one of our experienced Directors who is relocating for this great opportunity, focuses on nature and sustainability, encouraging play and learning, both indoors and outdoors. The environment will align with our childcare philosophy and the Y’s Approach to Learning, which has been proven to provide children with the best start in life and where we will help prepare them for school. Our centre will have an open plan, modern kitchen where you can really be creative!
