We're one of Australia's largest learn to swim schools and provide a dedicated swimming environment for children. We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing + Digital Specialist to join our team in Mornington, covering maternity leave.

Kingswim is a brand through which the YMCA teaches over 27,000 kids every week to be competent and safe in and around the water. Employing over 800 staff, Kingswim operate 20 Learn to Swim Centres across Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast, offering swimming education to children from tiny tots to big kids.
The Marketing + Digital Specialist role has the responsibility to implement and drive the digital strategy that will set Kingswim apart as a leader in the Learn to Swim category, and support the broader marketing strategy through events, public relations and campaigns.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Kingswim digital experience, including analytics (in collaboration with our agency), strategy development, campaign execution, optimisation and reporting. As well, managing our external relationship with our PR/Media agency, content writing and event execution.
This position based in Mornington, is a full-time, 9 month maternity leave cover. The role sits in the Marketing + Sales team - a small but hard-working group that love coffee, data and sharing about their weekends. You're an experienced marketing professional, with a strong background in digital and content. You're comfortable taking the lead on projects, and working by yourself or with the larger team. You are confident, have an engaging personality and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team with a variety of other hard working people, who love a laugh.
You have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position, an advanced understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and experience with automated reporting, remarketing, display advertising, social media advertising, content development and events. You value the power of data and have an analytical and creative mind that can provide insights and strategy back to the business to drive performance.
You are keen to work in an environment that is collaborative, passionate and supportive, but willing to challenge the status quo (based on your data and insights).
