OSHC AREA MANAGER

As an Area Manager you will lead and provide support to your team in ensuring that they meet the expectations of the School community in achieving high quality outcomes for children under the National Education and Care Law and Regulations. You will be required to provide assistance to Coordinators in regards to their program development and delivery of the curriculum across all services and ensure reporting and documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Children Services or a degree in Early Childhood or equivalent
• Experience working in an OSHC Environment
• Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law and Regulations
• Knowledge of the My Time our Place Framework and National Quality framework
• WWVP Card (ACT) and WWCC (NSW)
• Mandatory and Reportable conduct (completed within YMCA)
• Senior First Aid (desirable)
• Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills.
