Our Out-of-School-Hours Care programs are a lifeline for young people, and as our Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be the business-minded backbone that enables communities to thrive.
Leading a portfolio of 12-18 OSHC locations, you’ll travel between sites, balancing day to day operations with contributing to The Y’s strategy, helping us optimise our business so we can continue to live our Purpose with pride and confidence. From strategy to stakeholders, compliance to budgets, you’ll draw on your strong leadership and management experience to oversee each site’s operational and financial success. And with a dynamic, flexible schedule and the autonomy to run your sites your way, you’ll play an integral role in the ongoing development of The Y Community.
You’ll provide mentorship and guidance to develop your teams, while driving meaningful outcomes for the children and families we work with. Our Children’s Services Team are the passionate leaders giving developing young minds the opportunity to learn, grow and have fun outside of school. Across 60 schools in NSW, our team of OSHC Educators and Coordinators provide before and after school (and school holiday) care that’s dedicated to the safety and development of young children. Every day, the team facilitate and run a range of valuable programs and activities that include sport, creative arts, cooking – and many more. These roles work closely with children, parents and teachers alike, to provide meaningful opportunities for young people within a healthy, safe and inclusive environment.
