  • Role type: Full-time permanent
  • Pay range: $56,065 – $58,075 based on experience, with salary sacrificing available

We are looking for a resilient, motivated and reliable Facilities and Resource Management Administrator / Receptionist for our Corporate Team. This role offers first point of telephone and reception contact for internal and external clients, and provides the organisation with central administrative, facilities and systems support. In this job, you’ll play an integral role in the organisation by providing A1 customer service to both internal and external clients. You will:

  • Be able to demonstrate commitment and ability to provide a high standard of customer service, including a proven ability to receive and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, accurately, compassionately and professionally.
  • Have experience in facilities and resource management across multiple buildings and a motor vehicle fleet.
  • Have well-developed computer skills, including in the use of Microsoft Office suite, databases and records management computer systems.
  • Have an intermediate level of written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including demonstrated achievement in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues with clients.
  • Be skilled working with vulnerable people, including having an understanding of trauma and disadvantage and their impacts on clients.
