Admin Assistant to the CEO


The Assistant to the CEO is primarily responsible for the operational and administrative functions of the organisation. This includes the general organisation of General Meetings, Board Meetings and events, the paying of organisational bills, supporting the Bookkeeper in maintaining and payment of accounts. Management of Insurances and other compliance requirements. Managing the CEO Calendar and email, as well as assisting the CEO as directed.

Their work will be directed by the CEO of Yfoundations and will include generally a range of support duties that are essential for the effective operations of Yfoundations.

Flexible working arrangements and hours can be negotiated for the right applicant.
