About Unison

Unison is Victoria’s largest community housing provider in Victoria. We provide affordable housing, and work to reduce disadvantage and social exclusion for people who have previously been homeless, by helping to create communities around them. Unison also assists over 3,300 people each year who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Unison is seeking to recruit a new Board member who can support the organisation to realise its vision and mission. The person we are seeking will have an understanding of the drivers of disadvantage and have a passion for working with disadvantaged groups in an empowering and effective way. 

Areas of Specialist Skills and Experience

We are seeking a person with experience in the governance of a medium sized organisation, and specialist expertise in Finance and audit.
