About the role

The role is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational guidance to support growth, retention, engagement and development of WWF-Australia's digital audiences and supporter base across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Campaigns Manager oversees WWF-Australia's digital marketing and advertising campaigns across all platforms for the purposes of supporting brand engagement, advocacy, lead generation and fundraising program goals.

The role manages all public-facing digital media advertising campaigns via Google 360 and directly on social media, and oversees outbound Email and SMS digital marketing campaign strategy and automation services using Marketo and Twilio.

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated end-to-end digital marketing campaign management skills and experience, including; strategy, planning, proposition/asset design and deployment, audience segmentation/targeting, media buying/placement, optimisation, tracking, data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience designing and running integrated digital marketing advertising campaigns with multimillion-dollar annual budgets designed to achieve both engagement (reach & frequency) and performance (lead generation and supporter acquisition and development conversion) campaign goals simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage digital marketing campaigns directly on email, SMS, web, social and mobile app channel campaign platforms and via DSP to place search, programmatic display, native, video, connected/catchup TV (broadcast on demand/video on demand) and mobile in-app paid advertising.
  • Track record of successfully working cooperatively and collaboratively to develop and implement integrated, multi-channel/platform digital marketing campaigns - including KPI goal setting, audience segmentation/targeting definition, retargeting and performance measurement and reporting.
  • Expertise using analytics platforms and data for end-to-end campaign performance tracking, real-time performance analysis, attribution modelling and optimisation of creative and channel weighting based on data and insights.
  • Strong working knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and testing and sound HTML/CSS production skills.
  • Experience managing digital media agencies, media platform providers, digital advertising networks and service providers, including contract negotiations, communications, services, payments and reporting services.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation, communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Strong budgeting, administrative, planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated capability as a positive, optimistic, collaborative team leader with a supportive, inclusive, solutions-focused working style.

Previous experience leading a team within a digital media agency is advantageous, but not required. Current Google Adwords and Google Analytics Certification is also beneficial.
