Western Sydney Community Forum is seeking two dynamic and collaborative leaders to join our team as Manager Programs and Policy. This role will combine your exceptional skills in operational management and your practice leadership to support a diverse and talented team within our dynamic region and workplace.

We are seeking two managers with experience leading teams, delivering social policy analysis and advocacy projects, delivering collaborative community projects, and/or sector engagement, development and training. You are an experienced operator with a depth of skill in operational management, including program design, implementation, outcome measurement and reporting. You have a depth of skill in supporting others to deliver.
