The Manager, Supporter Design & Campaigns sits within our Retail Operations Team and is accountable for the operational execution of campaigns across 3 different retail channels, working in a team of 4 with 3 direct reports. This role supports the retail channels by designing the supporter experience, planning channel communications, campaigns, training and development, capability and quality assurance to ensure delivery of Channels strategic goals and key result areas and financial outcomes.
This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria/state office.
