Reporting to the Manager, Program Development and Effectiveness, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Advisor to lead all aspects of the Australia First Nations Program’s growth and business development strategies through:
This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and can be based in our state office in Sydney or in our head office in Melbourne. Other locations may be possible depending on the candidate. This role requires occasional domestic travel.
This is an Indigenous-identified position. Applicants must be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent.

We are committed to supporting First Nations communities achieve their own development goals, build on their strengths and create solutions to their own challenges. World Vision is committed to ensuring First Nations staff are well represented and supported within the staff team. The Australia First Nations Program has a First Nations staff network that acts as a support network and safe space for First Nations staff who are separated by distance but connected by culture and their collaborations in the program. The network also provides advice to the Australia First Nations Program and the broader World Vision organisation regarding our work with First Nations organisations, communities and families.
