Our People & Culture (P&C) department are looking for a P&C Administrator to join our ranks in a high performing and energetic team environment. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator to join a large organisation with a global presence, in an exciting time of growth and improvement for both World Vision and our P&C Operations team.
This role is a permanent position operating part-time 4 days/week Monday to Thursday and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
Ideally you will have performed a similar HR Administrator or Assistant role or be studying HR with an administration background, having had exposure to and familiarity with basic HR process and policy. A great team fit will be the candidate who is action oriented with a service approach to their work – and like any administrative based role, have a high degree of attention to detail, enjoy completing tasks and working as part of a team!
