Digital Test Analyst

Due to a parental leave, we are seeking a Digital Test Analyst to provide support in the planning and execution of functional, regression and user acceptance testing across all of World Vision’s digital platforms, 3rd party vendor applications or any other digital technologies in support of its broader digital strategy.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the planning and execution of functional, regression and user acceptance testing across World Vision’s digital platforms, 3rd party vendor applications as well as desktop and/or mobile applications
  • Providing testing support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areas
  • Managing defects to monitor and report on defect resolution
  • Designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts and assisting in creation of manual test scripts

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Experience in a Digital Tester, Test Analyst, QA or UAT role
  • Hands-on knowledge of SDLC principles and QA methodologies/best practices
  • Knowledge/understanding of ERP, CRM and CMS systems
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies
  • Hands-on experience conducting testing across a wide range of digital and ecommerce applications
  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task & handle multiple test assignments & prioritise one's own work
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse detailed business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test
  • Passion for online & mobile technology and knowledge of industry structure, trends and influential companies
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability

What you need to know

This role is a fixed term contract (until end of February 2022) operating in a full-time capacity and will be based in our office in Burwood East, Melbourne.
