As the Business Intelligence Data & Reporting Analyst you will be accountable for ensuring the provision of performance reports and dashboards to the business.
These reports and dashboard tools will provide a measure of performance against key indicators and benchmarks set by the business and will play a crucial role in driving decision-making related to activities and campaigns while in market.

Your role is based in the Strategy Enablement and Performance (StEP) Team and involves working alongside the team’s business analysts to ensure consistency across the business in how data is used in the provision of analytical-insight.
In addition to supporting the Performance Reporting Manager, the Reporting Analyst will have strong relationships with the broader StEP team and will play a crucial role in translating business needs into technical requirements.
Applying your knowledge and experience within a finance focused environment using BI tools, technical understanding and passion for data will ensure the business’ information needs are clearly defined and captured within a set of business performance dashboards and reports.
From time to time, the Reporting Analyst may also be called upon to contribute to World Vision International global reporting initiatives.
