We have a rare opportunity for a ANCP Manager to join World Vision Australia’s (WVA’s) high performing field programming team. You will provide leadership and oversight of World Vision Australia’s (WVA) ANCP portfolio, ensuring that due process and systems are in place to meet DFAT requirements and strategic goals of WVA. To achieve this, you will lead and work with over 30 colleagues across WVA to manage and deliver annually a ~A$30m ANCP grant portfolio that currently includes over 30 grant projects across ~20 countries. It is WVA’s highest profile and most strategic grant.
Together with an ANCP Coordinator and an ANCP Impact Advisor, the role will also be a critical point of contact between WVA and DFAT. This position will be responsible for delivering grants excellence for WVA and selected National Offices. A key aspect is to deliver against DFAT contractual requirements, positioning WVA as the partner of choice for DFAT on the recipient of ANCP funds.
This role is a permanent position operating in a full-time capacity and will be based at our head office in Burwood East, Victoria.
