Working It Out has been delivering the Silver Rainbow project in Tasmania for over 5 years. The project is designed to improve the experiences of LGBTIQ+ people as they age and enter the Australian aged care system. As the Tasmanian partner in this national project, we work both locally and nationally. The role will build on existing frameworks and activities to continue to develop and expand. Previous experience in aged care highly desirable.
