Woodville Alliance (WA) delivers a range of integrated programs and services for adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities, including centre-based and community-based day services, support coordination and Supported Independent Living. Our practice is guided by the NSW Disability Services Standards and the NDIS Practice Standards.
Similar to a Team Leader, the Mentor Disability Support Worker (Community and Accommodation Support) is a supervisory role and is responsible – alongside the Disability Services Manager, and Disability Support Workers – for the delivery of high quality, individualised services for clients with a disability.
The position is permanent, full-time and has day to day responsibility for working with clients and Disability Support Workers to ensure that our clients achieve their goals. This position has the following key areas of responsibility:
If successful, you will also be required to participate in a rotating on-call roster to support out-of-hours rostering changes.
