Women’s Legal Service Victoria relies upon an exception under the Equal Opportunity Act to employ women only.
Reporting to the Manager, Policy and Campaigns, you will be joining a multi-disciplinary team where you will provide high-quality financial counselling to clients that are facing complex family law matters. This position provides confidential financial counselling, information, assistance and referrals to clients experiencing financial difficulties. You will also work collaboratively to address systemic issues in law and policy.
This is a part time maternity leave replacement position at 0.6EFT (3 day per week), fixed term for 12 months.
Women's Legal Service Victoria is a highly respected not for profit organisation that has been providing free legal services to women since 1982. We work with and for women experiencing disadvantage to address legal issues arising from relationship breakdown and violence against women.
