YOUR NEW ROLE

As the Fundraising Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic growth and development of our Fundraising team. This will involve working closely with the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships to achieve increased financial targets, reporting practices, donor segmentation and identifying revenue generating opportunities across all donor data segments.

Other duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating and enhancing fundraising CRM capabilities and reporting practices.
  • Managing the introduction and maintenance of fundraising software programs including the upgrade of licenses.
  • Implementing effective risk management strategies to identify, assess and minimise any risks within the area of responsibility in accordance with relevant law and WLSQ Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with all aspects of events including, hands on assistance, volunteer recruitment and management and logistics.

The successful applicant will have a relevant degree in addition to at least three years’ experience in a similar fundraising role.

This role is being offered on a 12 month maximum term contract.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS

In addition to having a meaningful and rewarding role, you will also receive:

  • An attractive remuneration package $83,000 – 96,500 + superannuation.
  • Generous paid leave entitlements.
  • Eligibility to salary sacrifice expense payments for mortgage, rent and credit cards etc.
