About Women’s Health West

Women’s Health West provides specialist family violence services to women and their children. We also run prevention programs that promote equity and justice for women and girls in Melbourne’s west.

Our work has actively contributed to improving the health, safety and wellbeing of women and their children in the western metropolitan region of Melbourne since 1988. For the first time in 12 years, Women’s Health West is recruiting to the exciting role of Executive Assistant to the CEO.

About the role

The executive assistant is a dynamic role with scope across the organisation. The role provides high level administrative support to the CEO, board and executive directors, focusing on diary management, meeting preparation and support, liaison with internal and external interest groups, basic research and report preparation. The role requires highly developed organisational skills, initiative and professionalism.

The executive assistant role reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the Business Operations stream. The role is classified as a WHW EA level 5, pay point negotiable dependent on skills and experience (79K – 84K per annum pro rata EFT).
