This new position reports to the Manager Quality and Risk, supporting WCS to develop and promote organisational policies and complete internal audits to assist WCS to continually improve services.

This role is for someone who cares about providing essential and high quality services for the community. The person will work with teams to understand the issues they and their service users face and identify innovations and opportunities to strengthen service delivery and outcomes. They will be working across our varied service areas including NDIS, Child and Family Services, Housing, Mental Health, Community Development and Aged Care.

We are seeking a person who has strong conceptual and project management skills, with an understanding of service delivery. They will need excellent communication skills, including writing internal policies and developing effective working relationships. Ideally, the person will have some experience in service review or internal audit processes and be familiar with accreditation and regulatory requirements for community services.

What we offer

  • Permanent full-time position working 38 hours/week based near the Woden Town Centre.
  • Salary $92,999 - $97,114 p.a. depending on skills and experience. Benefits include salary packaging which can increase your take home pay, professional development opportunities and paid parental and study leave.

Note: To be eligible for employment, you must have working rights in Australia, an ACT WWVP card and a current National Police Check.
